• No significant comments/edits on provided scopes (shown under Agenda)
• Need to scope out TBD items
• Design for econometrically consistent simulation
  • Need to think through ways to design changes by Engineering team
  • Joe thinks addressing this issue will be a big improvement to ActivitySim
  • Suggest having an overall budget task and then distribute to team members with slightly more budget for firm that is leading the task
  • Person should lead the Product team and a person leading the Engineering team
  • Should include pros and cons and recommendations from Product team and an overall Engineering team
  • Should have multiple design options and really consider them, including prototyping them to ensure they can work or to see any issues
  • This will be one of the biggest changes to software, so need to make sure we do it right
  • Consultants to get together to work through scope and budget for the task; cc Joe and Alex on meeting invite
    • Will deliver before the holidays
    • Sijia will write first draft and send early next week
• Compatibility with Pandas 2x
  • Jeff has not had a chance to review; If he can review then will add to Phase 10A, otherwise it may wait till Phase 10B
