Task 1 Project Management (milestone)

• Discussed preparation for the Zephyr Transport ActivitySim Learning Session scheduled for 9/14
  • Revised agenda shared with the team (45 minute presentations, 45 minute tutorial)
  • I'll setup prep meeting for next Tuesday 11:30 pacific
  • @Lisa created Zephyr slack channel for activitysim support ahead of the meeting - https://zephyrtransport.slack.com/messages/activitysim
• Discussed ARC PR #332 for some improvements related to coefficient files
  • Supporting formulas in coefficient files is a design question with respect to estimation integration so the team wants to further discuss
  • @Jeff to setup a meeting with Clint, Ben, and Joe to discuss
  • Rest of the PR looks straightforward
• We'll go back to working on a branch in asim rather an RSG fork so activity is more obvious, which should improve everyone's ability to collaborate

Task 2 Strategic Planning (milestone)

• Updated principles section of the Draft strategic development and contribution plan based on Friday's discussion
• Team to review and comment ahead of next call, especially the support for models in multiple regions section

Task 10 Support for Three Zone Systems and TVPB (milestone)

• Accessibilities, tour mode choice, and trip mode choice now work with the draft TVPB revisions for the simple test example
• Currently working on adding tests and code documentation
• Marin County ok with using their version of TM2 for testing
• Lisa working on the TM2 data prep and I'm working on expressions files
• I created this issue for us to more easily collaborate on the example creation
• Performance/caching still to come
