• MOA
  • First MOA signed in 2013 and current MOA expires end of 2021
  • When a new partner joins, all agencies must re-sign the MOA
  • Maybe agencies could contract directly with AMPO in the future to avoid linking all agencies through the MOA?
  • Maybe add the ActivitySim annual fee to the AMPO membership fee? Agencies other than MPOs can join AMPO.
  • Partners discussed the need to continue to better align funds, scope, and deliverables for contracting
  • @Bill will organize an agency procurement meeting to discuss updating the MOA
• Work Tasks
  • The group is growing so maybe we need an improved plan for management / oversight of work?
  • Maybe subgroups manage certain tasks?
  • Maybe a management / maintenance / pull requests review work order now that we have ARC and SEMCOG projects?
  • ARC experience contributing to ActivitySim has been good so far
  • RSG planning to start contributing through the SEMCOG project as well
• Weekly Calls
  • We have 6 months for the current work order and it is going to go fast so let's move to weekly calls
  • @Ben setup a management call and then a technical call every other week
• Website
  • Partners discussed the need to better organize the wiki
    • Better identify key decisions made during the life of the project
    • Add overall direction / vision to the site...like a framework, roadmap
    • The mission of the project is not to be bleeding edge, but rather state of the practice, reliable
    • The strategic plan task should hopefully address some of these issues
• Marketing / outreach
  • @Bill to create some marketing materials, a 1 pager, some AMPO website updates, maybe a logo, a session at the AMPO conference
• Phase 5a review
  • Making good progress on all tasks
  • Reviewed TNC design and @Ben to add discussion of TNC in TourCast and CT-RAMP 2 approach
  • We will have taxi and TNC to transit in the example
  • Reviewed the in-development tutorial
  • Plan to have two recipes - an auto ownership recipe and adding TNCs recipe
  • It will be integrated with the online user's guide to avoid duplication
  • Maybe split into two tutorials - application (auto own example) versus development (add TNC)
  • We can discuss in more detail on the next call
• Phase 5b review
  • We quickly reviewed the upcoming work and plan to get started soon
• We need to asap tag releases on GitHub for versioning model setups
