Joint Travel Models

• @Ben needs to update documentation, pull to master, and post to pypi
• There are a number of updates since we're tidying up some as well

Stop Models

• @Jeff is done with the initial implementation of intermediate stop frequency
• Now testing it against the full scale example to ensure it works for all households and sufficiently manages memory
• Plan to start on the next model - trip purpose - next week

Documentation

• Discussed getting started with SEMCOG and @Ben will make some improvements to the documentation as a result
  • better separate information for users versus developers
  • add a flow chart of example sub-models
  • integrate MTC TM1 model design documentation to better introduce the example model to the user
• Will do as part of the joint travel models documentation update
