linterhas been rewritten and we've done everything we can to maintain backward compatibility. An update should show up in Atom soon and it should just look like a big UI change from a user's perspective.We still have a lot of work to do with all of the linters. We will migrate all of them to the new API and then we will remove backward compatibility.
