Show error if the cursor is in range does not work for all plugins

Hi,

Not sure if this is plugin related, but "Show error if the cursor is in range" does not work for me for flake8 and pylint:

it works well when I select option "Show errors of the selected line"

Only pep8 plugin works for "Show error if the cursor is in range" while I have pep8, flake8 and pylint
