Proposal of setting for Status Bar: Errors in viewport

For the status bar, the current options are

• none
• Show all errors
• show error of selected line
• show error if the cursor is in range

I would like to suggest a setting: errors in viewport (or similarly named), which is less than all and more than selected line.

example:
If i'm in a 200 line file, and i'm currently looking at it somewhere in the middle, say lines 80-110, all errors that are in these lines will be in the status bar. None of the errors from lines 1-79 and none of the errors from line 111 to the end.
