HTML entities are not parsed in message output

I've already created a PR on linter-scss-lint as theoretically, each plugin should be responsible for it's own output; the linter simply outputs what it's given directly (if I'm not mistaken).

If this isn't a per-linter issue, it would require minimal effort to implement some form of entity parser (even as a last ditch fallback, showing a warning for developers to make use of the formatMessage method).
