What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. click on "play" in http://try-dart-lang.appspot.com/s/k3Ie (code reproduced below in case it's not there anymore:)

class C1<A> {
  A x;
  C1(A x) { this.x = x; }
}

class C2<A> {
  A x;
  C2(this.x) {}
}

main() {
  C1<int> c1 = new C1<int>("a");
  C2<int> c2 = new C2<int>("a");
}

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would expect the same warning for the two lines of the main function. Instead, only line 12 raises a warning.

Initialization formals are of type dynamic, so no warning is correct for the C2(String). Marking this as a feature request.
