dart spec 0.02 BNF errors

In learning the syntax, the current BNF description in the document is VERY frustrating. It's not contiguous, and the PDF representation frustrates my ability to search for matching terms. Further there are various syntactic and logical errors (as I'm sure is expected of a draft), but it would make understanding the underlying grammer MUCH more approachable if an online valid representation was available.

Here are the following specific gramatical fixes:
The following have improperly terminated terms:
page 15: binaryOperator
page 29: primary
page 31: NUMBER
page 60: expession
page 68: assert BNF isn't terminated properly
page 69: improperly terminated items

Other fixes:
page 15: operator has trailing comma after negate (is this correct?)

page 16: getter, setter has "static?" prefix.. The letters static should be bolded to differentiate a string literal v.s. a BNF term.

page 31: DIGIT definition is wrong.. Allows "2." Should instead be (replaced DIGIT* with DIGIT+):
NUMBER:
DIGIT+ ('.' DIGIT+)? EXPONENT?
| '.' DIGIT+ EXPONENT?
;

page 33: MULTI_LINE_STRING is not correct (needs non-greedy)
MULTI_LINE_STRING:
'"""' .? '"""'
| "'''" .? "'''"
;

PAGE 33: ESCAPE_SEQUENCE improperly references HexDigitSequence when it should reference HEX_DIGIT_SEQUENCE

page 57: BUILT_IN_IDENTIFIER has "negate," (is this correct?)

page 63: "case" and "default" should be bolded

Attached is my work-sheet that I've been using in notepad++ to easily discern the various issue-tickets. Half-decent quick-ref, though I had to make MASSIVE modifications from my copy-paste of the PDF, so it's no more authoritative than the PDF. (I also admit, I have yet to download the SDK, stuck in windows hell at the moment)

works for me. Verified the syntax looks correct in antlr... So the "negate," items need to be cleaned up in pdf.

Also, might be useful to post that link next to the specification draft link in the wiki.

Thanks for the detailed comments. These are fixed in the 0.05 version of the spec (coming to a browser near you later this week). The exact fixes may differ slightly.

I would not rely to heavily on the ANTLR code BTW.

As for a contiguous grammar - the plan is to introduce links between productions.
