Correct Launch Configuration behavior when projects are deleted or removed (+1) #2223

Currently if you load in a sample, and run it, a launch configuration is created. If the sample is then removed from the editor (either deleted, or removed), the launch configuration isn't deleted.

Thus, if you try to run the launch configuration again, an error is thrown. Perhaps the launch configurations should be deleted when the projects are removed/deleted?

The bug here is that the tool shouldn't be able to get into a state where any toolbar icon throws an error. There may be other solutions other than deleting the configurations.

Launch configurations for applications that have been deleted should be removed since the user deleted the application. The "last run" launch configuration should be set to null if that application has been removed or deleted.

Removed Priority-Low label.
Added Priority-Medium label.
Changed the title to: "Correct Launch Configuration behavior when projects are deleted or removed (+1)".
