This 4.2.1.6 version of angularjs-portal uses version 2.3.0 of uw-frame.

• rm the override of SERVICE_LOC-->wiscDirectorySearchURL .
• rm the override of MISC_URLS --> eventsSearchURL .
• rm the override of MISC_URLS --> webSearchURL.
• rm the override of MISC_URLS --> webSearchDomain .
• rm the override of MISC_URLS --> kbSearchURL .
• rm the override of MISC_URLS-->helpdeskURL.

and configure those things instead in web-config.js.

The features feature configuration moved, so
