Run the following code (tests/language/src/FactoryArrowTest.dart):

class A {
  A.foo() {}
  factory A() => new A.foo();
}

main() {
 Expect.isTrue(new A() is A);
}

Fails with:

     6: A.foo() {}
     7: factory A() => new A.foo();
                      ~~
