Element.html("foo") is not catchable inside try/catch

What steps will reproduce the problem?
  try{
    var test = new Element.html("foo");
  }catch(Exception e){
    //doesn't catch
  }

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Throws a javascript exception that is not caught in the Dart exception.

The javascript exception is: 'Uncaught HTML had 0 top level elements but 1 expected'

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

At the moment in order to catch all exceptions you need to do:
catch(Object e)
rather than:
catch(Exception e)
but this is something that's being looked at.

this is a bug in the html library:
  factory ElementWrappingImplementation.html(String html) {
      ...
      throw 'HTML had ${temp.childElementCount} top level elements but 1 expected';
  }

it should be throwing some kind of Exception object.
