Description

Release v4.7.0.

It's a minor-version release since it’s more than just small bug fixes.

Here's what's going in:

Major features and improvements

• Allow the display of Matplotlib images in the metadata panel and modal. (Feature: show matplotlib dataset pngs #887)

Bug fixes and other changes

• Added warning message when filtered pipeline is empty. ([KED-777] Display warning message when pipeline is empty  #864)

Looks good but are we missing the release note for the "click to expand modular pipeline" feature?

Also, as noted in #905 - we need to make sure this merges first since that PR doesn't currently have the release job in it.
