What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Using the following program (Seq.dart):
2. Run with './Seq.dart | more' (assumes dart is in the path)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected to see numbers from 1 to 10 appearing one per second.

Instead all appear when the program finishes.

Likely due to builtin.cc:21 not doing fflush(out);
