TODO:

• Try to confirm the schedule of auditing the storage contract
• Open a design doc PR for L2 BLOB
• Code review and OCWeb feedback for Nand

• Prepare WSC L2 testnet launch

Updates:

1. review fix for two PRs of da-server:
   1. feature: support ExpireHours da-server#2
   2. feature: da relay da-server#4
2. updated a few language changes for testnet faucet

TODO:

1. We need to confirm that SGT's events should be emitted for every Txs op-geth#9
2. catch up with Qi's PR to support custom chain config
3. a few reviews:
   1. L2 BLOB design-docs#2
   2. feat(op-challenger): add EventCall, TxCall and GetSubClaims optimism#63
4. prepare a testnet with fault-proof and technical docs

• Receive some comments about our roadmap
