[Metrics UI] Skip failing waffle chart color palette test #118527

Part of #118481

Disable the test while we figure out what's going on since it seems to be blocking main from building.

This looks fine to me 👍

If this is caused by a timing problem (i.e. the check for the new colors happens to quickly after changing the palette), similar instabilities might occur in the other test cases in this suite. They all might benefit from moving their assertions into try blocks.

Merging this, I'll follow up with a PR to wrap the assertions in try and re-enable this test.
