Summary

We have made good progress on migrating plugins out of if-plugins and if-unofficial-plugins, shipping some important new tooling for verifying IF outputs, new built-ins for our standard library and some bugfixes. We have also designed and mostly implemented a new "IF Explorer" website where people will be able to browse for plugins!
