User Story

As a core developer I want to cleanup and consolidate our collection of plugins so we can reduce the resources required to QA/maintain plugins

Scope

MED - Merge if-plugins into builtins, decommission, or break them off into their own repos with new owners.

LOW - Move unofficial plugins to their respective organizations.
