Adopt code to the following otel collector core API deprecations:

• [pdata] Rename pmetric.Buckets to ExponentialHistogramDataPointBuckets open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector#6261
• [pdata] Rename pmetric.MetricDataPointFlags to pmetric.DataPointFlags open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector#6259
• [pdata] Rename MetricAggregationTemporality to AggregationTemporality open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector#6253
• [pdata] Rename pcommon.Map.PutString to PutStr open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector#6210
