Side Missions

There are certain side missions which can spawn which are either enemy actions against you or civilians requesting assistance. These can either provide bonuses (such as improving civ rep) or are required to counter the enemy action. Each mission has certain requirements to be spawned.

Side Mission Types

Mission Default conditions Description
Destroy Anti-Air Threat level > 33% The enemy have setup an AA emplacement along the frontline. This will target any airborne assets until it is destroyed.
Destroy Artillery Threat level > 33% The enemy have setup an arillery emplacement along the frontline. Enemy group leaders will be able to call in fire support from these until they are destroyed.
Destroy Jammer Threat level > 33% The enemy have setup a jammer along the frontline which is affecting communications. It will reduce the radio range of any TFAR or ACRE radio until it is destroyed.
Convoy Ambush Threat level > 33% and Logistics routes in use The enemy have ambushed a friendly logistics convoy and destroyed all the vehicles involved. The resources are scattered nearby and you can head in to secure them, you have 30 minutes until the enemy take it for themselves.
Counter-Attack Threat level > 33% and more then 10% of the sectors taken The enemy have sent an assault to regain a frontline sector. You need to head there and fend off the assault, you have 30 minutes until the enemy retake the sector.
FOB Assault Threat level > 80% and more then 3 players on The enemy are sending a massive assault to attack one of your FOBs. They are throwing everything at you so expect them in 10 minutes, setup your defences and be ready!
Repair Request Any civilian sector with destroyed buildings A local civilian sector has requested supplies to rebuild some of the damage that has been done to them. You have 30 minutes until the request expires.
Destroy Opfor Convoy Opfor control a factory An enemy convoy has been spotted on the way to resupply a frontline sector, intercept it and take the resources for yourself whilst reducing the enemy threat level.

Secondary Missions

Utilising the Intel Menu, you can start missions yourself to gain various benefits. Some of these have requirements, usually including intel points which can be gained via finding intel items, interrogating PoWs and using the laptop at Radio Towers. These missions can be cancelled through ACE Interact if required, any intel will be lost.

Secondary Mission Types

Mission Default requirements Description Rewards Failure
FOB Hunt 25 Intel We have recieved some intel that a FOB is located inside the red zone on your map. Destroying this FOB would disrupt the enemies supply lines and command and control effectiveness. You will need to locate and destroy the FOB's assets (laptops, supply trucks and containers) to complete this mission. -40 Threat level
Raid Enemy Depot 15 Intel We have recieved some intel that a supply depot has been setup behind enemy lines. This depot could provide us plenty of resources to continue our efforts while disrupting the enemy. Bring the trucks back to the FOB to secure the resources. -5 Threat level, +400 resources per truck recovered to a FOB, Opfor Heavy Vehicles Temporarily Disabled
Secure Downed UAV 10 Intel We have recieved some intel that an enemy UAV has crashed inside the red zone on your map. Capturing this UAV would provide us with intel on the enemies movements and plans. The enemy are looking to secure it, and will be done within approximately 20 minutes, go there and secure it before they can! +30 Intel
Setup Listening Post None We are able to setup a Listening Post nearby to our frontlines to gain more intel. Setting this post up would provide us a continuous stream of intel for 30 minutes. The post can be found in the Logistics section of the Build Menu. Once active, it is likely to be attacked by the enemy, ensure it is protected. +2 Intel per minute active +5 Threat if destroyed
Clear UXOs 3 Intel The local population has requested our help to clear an area of UXOs that were left behind. The UXOs will most likely be left near roads so keep an eye out as you travel in. Completing this task will improve our relations with the locals. +30 Local Civilian Reputation
Humanitarian Relief None We have recieved a request from a local village elder for some Humanitarian Aid. They have requested you bring as many relief trucks as you can from your FOB. These trucks can be found in the Logistics section of the Build Menu. The enemy will be looking to intercept these trucks, so be careful. +20 Local Civilian Reputation per truck recieved
Provide Medical Aid None A local town has been hit hard by the conflict and has taken casualties. They have requested our help treating these people. A medic will be required for this mission. You need to head to the marked location ASAP, these people are needing immediate assistance. +30 Civilian Reputation per civilian saved -15 Civilian Reputation per civilian lost
