Civilians and Guerillas
Civilians can be found at towns, factories and cities across the map as well as travelling between these locations. Each sector has its own local civilian reputation which is affected by your actions. This in turn then effects how the civilians will view you and act towards you, to the point they can take up hostilities against you. The reputation of each sector can be viewed by clicking on the sector marker on the map.
There are a number of ways you can improve your reputation in a sector;
- Treating any injuries
- Side missions such as 'Repair Sector'
- Secondary missions such as 'Provide Aid'
There are a number of ways you can reduce your reputation in a sector;
- Injuring and killing civilians
- Damaging and destroying civilian buildings
- Stealing civilian vehicles
Guerilla forces are active in the region and their allegiance will depend on your reputation with the local population.
If you have a negative rating overall, guerillas may fight against you and work with Opfor.
If you have a positive rating overall, a new menu is available to commanders which provides access to various Supports shown in the menu below. Each of these require a different overall reputation and have a different cooldown to be used again which is all shown within the menu.
