This is a proposed solution to the amplifier clipping problem.
I haven't been able to test it yet due to my unit being a bit messed up, but Its based on the assumption that the output of the filter is:
I have picked a target gain of 8 (actual 7.8) to keep some headroom in the opamp. Actual peak-peak should be 2.34V centered around 1.5V, I have adjusted the divider to center the signal between the rails.
Changes are:
R5 -> 200K
R6 -> 10K
Add resistor from amp output to inverting input @ 68K
