Troubleshooting
The recommended thing to do in this case is to obtain a new hardware wallet and use the seed to restore the funds with it.
As an emergency measure, If you do not have access to another hardware wallet and need to access the funds immediately, you can load the seed into the desktop wallet, which will create a software wallet with your funds. However, this should be done only as a last resort, because when entering the data in the computer the security of the seed could be compromised. If you do this, it is recommended to obtain a new hardware wallet as soon as possible, configure it as a new device (do not restore your old seed, as it could be compromised) and transfer the funds from the desktop wallet to the address of the new hardware wallet.
If you have a seed backup, you can wipe the device and restore it with the seed. By doing this, you will have access to the funds again and the device will no longer have a PIN. After doing this you should consider assigning a new PIN to the device immediately.
