This is not just about enter key, if you for example map any alpha key to be mod tap, without this fix it won't work.

For example i mapped my A key to be LSFT_T(KC_A) (just to try it out), and then i enabled terminal, typed command about, hit enter and i got result: 'command "bout" not found'.

With this fix, every mod tap key is registered normally.
