考虑到原译者的署名权，我修改了一下 ed83407 的 author 和 date 信息。

原因：根据02-git-basics中的remotes一节的翻译用词和这里的上下文，这里的remote应该指的是remote repository，按照这次翻译的惯例应该使用“远程仓库”。

@robinwen 感谢你细致的审校和评注！我已根据你的建议作了两处修订，请检查。

其余的评注都与术语翻译有关，你的所有相关建议都是 make sense 的，但是我的提议是暂不修改。
其实之前在 #130 中（ #130 (comment) ）我已经简要提及，这里我再详细解释一下：

1. “repository”翻译为“仓库”是最近定下来的，之前所有的“repo”、“repository”均翻译成“版本库”，其中还有一部分已经合并到主干上。目前来看，更适合的做法是，在全书审校结束后统一处理，参见 https://github.com/progit/progit2-zh/wiki/Unify 。所以我在修订这部分文本时故意保留了原翻译。
2. 目前，Git 官方的中文本地化项目提供了一个术语表，我正在根据这个术语表对我们 progit2-zh 项目的术语表进行修订。所以目前我们的术语表的某些词条并非最终版本，比如 fetch。
3. 综上，我的意见是，这部分工作可以留到最后的统一工作中进行。
