1. Change version in outline to Hive 3.0
2. Possibly add Atlas to included projects.
3. Alan to see what versions of spark and ranger.
4. Two sections for upgrade and major changes:
5. Here is things you have to know if you are upgrading
   • Environment variables changes during upgrade
6. New features you might find useful
7. Where to get the Binaries toward the end of the spec.
8. Find out if minimum native build specs are still relevant
   • See if spark ranger have these reqs for Native Build
9. Environment variable changes (new / old / deprecated)
10. For compliance possibly adding ranger, spark, atlas
11. Appendix B - Go through since metastore was pulled out in Hive v3.
12. Share outline with users to see if there is anything we are missing or they would like.
