Increase filter character limit

Doubled the character limit for filtering by accounts, increasing the effective limit of characters per account from ~6 to ~21

I will try to tackle some other stuff as well, e.g. #32 , currently working on that.

Sadly I don't really know how I could test it, so I can mostly just go by my brains logic ^^;
