Increase Character Limit for included other players filter

The current filter input field permits 128 characters.

Assuming a static raid group, you would probably enter 9 other account names.
This leaves about 12 characters per account name. BUT, every account name ends in .#### and you also need the , as a separator, so substract 6 from that, leaving 6. If you want it to be more readable, also a space after the comma.

I feel like a lot more people would have account names longer than 5-6 characters than shorter.

I would love to see the character limit extended here, e.g. to a double of 256. This would leave about 21 characters for the actual account name
