[Feature Request] - Uploader webhook exclusion list by acct name

[Story for context] In my discord server a few of the officers, myself included, have our logs set to auto upload with our own personal bots, as well as a shared bot for raids, we all have it just in case one of us is running while another is away for the night. Oftentimes we end up double or triple spamming the logs channel after each boss, which isn't a major issue, but it makes the channel very full. If we could cut down on the number of posts without needed to remember to turn it off each night (or turn it on again the next night), that would be really nice.

[request] Could we have an option that is the inverse of the current "filter" function, one where I can enter the names of the other officers, and a log will not be uploaded if I'm in a group with any of the names on the list?
