On this branch, I updated
nmdc-schemaand prepared* to updatenmdc-submission-schema, both to version11.3.0.*
nmdc-submission-schemaversion11.3.0has not been released yet, so the version on this branch is identified by its Git commit hash. Once version11.3.0has been released (i.e. published to PyPI), this branch can be updated to reference it using its version number; as shown here (this is a diff of a line inpyproject.toml):Until then, my intention is to keep this branch in a "draft" state.
