  • Update nmdc-schema version to 11.3.0 (released on January 17, 2025)
  • Update submission-schema version to 11.3.0 (not released yet)

Plan

I plan to open a PR in which I have updated nmdc-schema to 11.3.0. Since submission-schema 11.3.0 has not been released yet, I'll leave the PR in a draft state and invite some of my team members to take over (so they can make progress on the PR in my absence).
