Description

Adding functionality to create remote config which is kept inside the Kubernetes cluster in a configmap.
The remote config includes data about:

  • migrations
  • components state like consensus nodes, relays, explorers
  • history of executed commands
  • clusters

Added new command deployment create for creating the remote config
