LGTM!

The only one I'm personally lukewarm about is using "Vernetzen" for Community, I'm not sure that people would always associate that with "thats where I find the Discord/Rocketchat/..." (instead of, say, "get in touch for a partnership" or something). Just my opinion however :)

Sorry but there are multiple translation errors and consistency errors. Will elaborate once I'm home.

Fair point. Nat left a couple of other possible versions too that could maybe suit everybody.
It seems "Online-Community" may be too long to display...

What about "Netzwerk"? Although perhaps we could just leave Community there as well for space reasons. What do you think @MurderVeggie ?
