Updating tools/seurat from version 4.1.1 to 4.2.0

I have updated tools/seurat from version 4.1.1 to 4.2.0.

• Fix bug in SpatialDimPlot() when using group.by (Bug(s) in SpatialDimPlot satijalab/seurat#6179)
• Add add.noise parameter in VlnPlot() (VlnPlot removes violins below the threshold from the graphical output  satijalab/seurat#5756)
• Fix uwot model backwards compatibility (MapQuery() with uwot version 0.1.14 doesn't work satijalab/seurat#6345)
• Allow pseudocount.use in differential expression functions to be set at the Assay level
