[DOCS] Adds machine learning to the security section of alerting #91501

Summary

As a new alert type – anomaly detection alert – has been implemented, this PR adds the link of the machine learning Kibana page to the security section of the Alert page and mentions the new alert type in the intro of the Alert types page.

New alert type PR: #89286
