Describe the bug:
Custom filter tile count is not updating while user import rule.

Build Details:

VERSION : 8.4.0-BC1
BUILD: 54999
COMMIT: 58f7eaf0f8dc3c43cbfcd393e587f155e97b3d0d

Preconditions

  1. Kibana should be running.
  2. Custom rule with exported json file should be available.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Rules tab.
  2. Now, export any available rule and delete the rule.
  3. Now, import the rule which was exported earlier.
  4. Observe that custom filter tile count is not updating while user import rule.

Actual Result
Custom filter tile count is not updating while user import rule.

Expected Result
Custom filter tile count should update while user import rule.

It could also be related to #136957. We might want to rewrite the rule import call to a react-query mutation with proper cache invalidation.

@samratbhadra-qasource This bug should be fixed by #144359. It will be released with 8.6. Due to significant refactoring done for 8.6 and impacting this bug fix it's not backported.

Could you validate the bug is fixed?

We have validated this issue on the latest 8.6.0-BC1 build and observed that the issue is fixed. Please find below the testing details:
