This PR combines the updates made in Configuration-Generator since V01-02-00 to the latest V01-06-00.
They are:

• V01-03-00: Add tau-prime samples with mass 1200,1600,2000 GeV cms-data/Configuration-Generator#10
  • Add missing mass points for EXO LL HSCP
• V01-04-00: Fix charge typo for Q=1 tau-prime cms-data/Configuration-Generator#11
  • Fix for the new files merged with Add tau-prime samples with mass 1200,1600,2000 GeV cms-data/Configuration-Generator#10
• V01-05-00: Fix charge info in 1200,1600,2000 GeV HIP files cms-data/Configuration-Generator#12
  • Another fix for the new files merged with Add tau-prime samples with mass 1200,1600,2000 GeV cms-data/Configuration-Generator#10
• V01-05-00: Add new mass/ctau points for long lived staus  cms-data/Configuration-Generator#13
  • this one, all new data file

Therefore, overall this PR only adds new files to cms-data, and cannot affect any of the current workflow, or any already started production. As such, it is suitable for backport in a closed release.

It remains to decide whether it is needed in 12_6_X
