These have been updated to point to the new docs.chocolatey.org URLs. Even through there are redirects in place for these URLs, it makes sense to have these go directly to the correct location.

Additional URL's, for example, those pointing at chocolatey.org/blog, as well as those pointing at chocolatey.org/packages, have now been updated to point at the correct URLs.

All Chocolatey documentation is now available at:
https://docs.chocolatey.org
However, there are lots of places in the source code (i.e. PowerShell help, choco help output, etc) that still uses the old URL's, for example:
https://chocolatey.org/docs/...
While these links should redirect correctly to the new page, I think it makes sense to update these URL's to use the correct link.
Additionally, any blog URL's should be updated, and any mention of the Community repository being located at chocolatey.org.
