Milestone 1

Objectives

The main objective of this milestone is finishing the requirements and project plan. The plan goes naturally hand-in-hand with the requirements, and both are updated constantly, depending on the customer's feedback. This is a process that does not really end, since requirements change with time; however, this milestone considers the initial project plan and the relevant requirement specifications as the critical point.

• Project plan (first draft)
