The SchemeFlexInaFloat colour scheme is used by the
FlexWinTitle Module:
- for window titles of floating clients in a tiled layout and
- the client that has focus is not floating or
- when the workspace is using the floating (
NULL) layout and - the workspace is inactive, meaning that a client on another workspace has focus
