BarBorder

The BarBorder functionality draws a border around the bar to give it the same look and feel as the client windows.

The colour of the bar border will be the same as that of the master area, which again depends on the layout.

If the functionality is turned off then the bar is drawn without the border.

If in the above case it in will generally look better to have vertpad and sidepad settings both set to 0 in config.h. These are the variables that control the outer padding of the bar.
