Is your feature request related to a problem?

Row.sort_columns uses tuples for callback parameters. However, we want to avoid ad-hoc datastructures in the library. Moreover, we cannot represent tuples in the Safe-DS DSL.

Desired solution

Pass 4 parameters to the callback (name1, value1, name2, value2).

### Summary of Changes

`Row.sort_columns` now takes four parameters `name1`, `value1`, `name2`,
