feat(YouTube): Add Shorts autoplay patch

Allows autoplaying the next Short instead of repeating.

If patching 19.34+, then Shorts background play (PiP) can also be set to autoplay.

This PR also moves the numerous Shorts player hide setting into their own sub menu.

It seems to me that the Pause mode does not work correctly.
At the end, Shorts pauses, when I tap on the screen, the next video immediately starts. But if you go back, will turn on before the previous video.
And what is the difference between Default and Repeat ?

Yeah the pause function doesn't work quite right if trying to resume. It does work if swiping to the next Short. Not sure if pausing is very useful so could remove that option from the settings.

Default is whatever YouTube uses. I think the auto play functionality is going to be released in a future YT version, and it might be turned on for some situations.

For now I think removing default from the settings menu makes sense.

Maybe this is off-topic, but haven't you thought about, for example, highlighting subgroups of settings?
For example, highlight the action buttons, the bottom part of the player and suggested action buttons, this view is already in the YouTube settings.
This can be applied to the regular player and shorts player settings

Yes those are preference categories and it would help a lot. But someone needs to add support for it to the patches framework.

But a better solution is to completely get rid of the xml preference pipeline and instead create the preferences in Integrations. Then almost anything can be done with preferences without the limitations and the extra step of Patches code needing to serialize preferences to xml.

How this would be done is a settings patch shipping a settings extension. The extension would contain the necessary framework and API for other patches. Those patches can depend on the settings patch as well as compile against the extensions project to have access to the APIs. The patches extension can then use the API to add their settings to the app. When the patch is done, both, the extension for the settings patch and other patches will be merged into the app and thus add settings to the app in a modular fashion

Just a thought. Can we have a button like a loop or w/e directly in the shorts interface, so we can quickly toggle the behavior?
