feat(patch): YouTube Music - Disable Canadian Regional Restrictions

Issue

In Canada, the free tier restrictions for YouTube Music are very different. You are allowed background playback in the free tier, but in exchange, you lose the ability to pick and choose the songs you want to listen to (every song gives a "Start Radio or Upgrade" prompt and playlists/albums only have the "Radio" button available for use), a limited amount of skips/rewinds per hour, and seeking songs is disabled completely.

Patch

Either you can change the set location of the YouTube Music client, or you could perhaps find a way to have a potential flag be changed to the settings used in other countries. I'm not sure how it would work, but I'm assuming it's one of those things, though it's more likely the former because the issue is resolved when you use a VPN, though it makes the experience cumbersome and inconvenient.

Motivation

I've been able to bypass this issue using a VPN for the time being, but since there are not a lot of good free VPNs, it's made my YouTube Music experience somewhat cumbersome, and assuming this test will roll out to other countries, it's also entirely possible that others may have to face the issues I'm facing. It's also just more convenient not having my YouTube Music experience attached to a VPN I have to enable every time I want to use it.

This is somewhat different though, as it's a very different restriction and it probably needs a different fix. I can't say for certain though because I'm not a coder.
