YT Music - Forced to use radio mode in Canada

Bug description

I'm on vacation in Canada rn and this "feature" caught me off-guard. I can't even play anything I want anymore.

Reproduce:

• Turn on your VPN and pick some server in Canada
• Open the patched YT Music app
• Tap any song
• It plays something else entirely
