Infinity

After you have ARK-4 launched and already running and want to not have to re-run ARK Loader ever reboot there (depending on your model) multiple ways to have a Permanent CFW.

This method works on all PSP Models

If coming from another CFW it is recommended to use `chronoswitch` to revert back to 6.60/6.61 OFW (Offical Firmware) to simplify the process.

1. Open ARK.zip file is not already opened from previous step.

2. Connect PSP to PC

3. On the PSP filesystem make a directory (depending on model)

   1. For PSP GO: ef0:/PSP/GAME/UPDATE

   2. For any other model or if Internal Memory Card is not working on GO: ms0:/PSP/GAME/UPDATE

4. From ARK4.zip (depending on model) extract

   1. For PSP GO: PSP/Infinity/EBOOT_GO.PBP to the UPDATE folder RENAME IT TO EBOOT.PBP

   2. For any other model NOT including the GO: PSP/Infinity/EBOOT.PBP to the UPDATE folder.

      1. If you have a GO and your Internal storage (ef0:) is not working you must still use the EBOOT_GO.PBP file, just renamed to EBOOT.PBP

5. Safely unmount your PSP from the PC

6. Go over to GAME on XMB

7. Click on Memory Stick™

8. Click on Infinity

   1. Install Infinty.

   2. Or if upgrading from a previous Infinity version, apply the update.

9. After your PSP reboots, rerun Infinity

10. Click left on the DPAD

11. Go down to ARK-4 option and press X

12. Press HOME and return to XMB

13. Restart the PSP

14. Either go to System Settings or press Select, you should see your running ARK-4

15. You now have permenant CFW. This will be persistnece for ARK-4 updates so you can just update.
