If you ever have your uSD card holder soldered but doesn't seem to pass your test code, the solder joint might be the issue.

Here is a desoldered uSD that doesn't work. On top inspection shows no sign of failure.

However, turning the uSD holder over show sign of solder paste overflow

Quick reflow of the back will fix it. After that, give the uSD another try on your PCB.
