457: ccpp-framework not working with Python 3.11
- Fix in PR 456
  - Still needs some testing for older Python versions
  - Unit tests are not successful with Python 3.11
  - Grant: we can add this to the fv3atm PR associated with https://github.com/ufs-community/ccpp-physics/pull/28 since Dustin owns it if it is ready to merge. It looks like it has been tested pretty thoroughly (Dom ran UFS RTs on supported platforms, Dusan ran on his Fedora box, Dustin ran w/ Python 3.11)

New federal position in GSL/EPAD...announcing soon!(?)
- Not yet, but yes, soon.
- Will be a quite generic announcement for weather modeling/physics etc. because the hope is to hire 4 positions with this single announcement
- Will need to spread via word of mouth with specifics!
CGD CCPP framework staffing
- Courtney will be the new CGD framework person!
- Still waiting for news about new positions and Steve potentially kicking in in the future
Interstitial Scheme Changes
- Still developing plan for the near term
- Available GitHub branch for old version of CESM, Grant will send to Cheryl

Mike began updating ccpp-framework Wiki pages, still a work in progress
Mike is experimenting with adding more pytest tests to tests/ directory, will document the process for future users.

  - Not sure if this is framework related, seems as if something is out of date
  - Dustin will take a look
- New representative from CGD, Julio Bacmeister (replacing Andrew Gettelman). Also a member of the DTC SAB, so very aware of the work that is going on!
- Getting to DTC funding cycle time for writing proposals for NOAA base funds for UFS R2O project and infrastructure build.
  - Lulin and Ligia will be discussing soon.
- Adam Herrington will replace Andrew Gettelman as CGD SIMA representative
